I know that Halloween in not until Saturday, but I just could not take looking at brown anymore. lol I really was not inspired to do a Christmas themed blog yet, so for the time being I am enjoying a tea themed design. I was looking through my photos trying to find something I wanted to play with, and I found a tea cup image I liked from one of my mixed media ATCs. I hope you like it.
I did not have much time to create this weekend. When I was not at the park with Dylan I was keeping up with the masquerade. But I did need to create a couple pages for a steampunk journal. I was talking to my friend Bryanna over the weekend and we started to talk about stamps. This inspired me to take a look through all my stamps and try to use some in my project.
I found two stamps. They were similar images, but one was a women and one a man. I started creating and decided to give them each a saying. I thought of the common differences that most men and women have.
When I finished the project and my husband saw it, he gave me a funny look. I told him that it was just a silly saying with no underlining story. HOWEVER afterward I am now realizing it hits home closer than I thought. lol
